Education

Gentia Niesert completed her bachelor’s degree in Law at Erasmus University in Rotterdam in 2016. One year later, she obtained her master’s degree in Private Law at the same university.

Lawyer at LVH

Gentia has been an attorney since February 2019 and has been with LVH Advocaten since November 2021.

Position and facts

After her law studies, Gentia started working as a legal assistant at another Rotterdam office in 2017. In 2019 Gentia was sworn in as a lawyer and in 2021 she made the switch to LVH Advocaten.
Within LVH Advocaten, Gentia runs a general civil practice with a particular focus on the law of obligations, litigation, contracts, business, attachment and enforcement. She assists both entrepreneurs and private individuals.

Gentia is easy to connect with and passionate about her work. She likes to help her clients move forward. She regularly brings parties closer together by reaching an amicable settlement. She also regularly assists her clients in civil proceedings. When handling a case, Gentia always puts her client’s interests first.

Registration of legal areas

Pursuant to article 35b, paragraph 1, of the Regulation on the Legal Profession, Gentia has registered the following area of law in the register of areas of law of the Dutch Bar Association: general practice (civil law). This registration requires her to obtain ten training points in each registered area of law each calendar year in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
