Jacolien studied Law at Radboud University in Nijmegen. She then obtained her Master’s degree in Private Law at Erasmus University in Rotterdam in 2021. She wrote her thesis on the position of the minority shareholder with derivative damages.

Jacolien joined LVH Advocaten as a legal assistant in 2020 alongside her studies. She was sworn in in February 2022 and has been working as an attorney at LVH Lawyers in contract and litigation law since then.
Jacolien mainly deals with contractual disputes and liability issues in the business sphere. She can advise contracting parties and assist them in negotiations or legal proceedings. In addition, Jacolien supports her colleagues in the aviation practice and the corporate law practice.
