Gentia Niesert completed her bachelor’s degree in Law at Erasmus University in Rotterdam in 2016. One year later, she obtained her master’s degree in Private Law at the same university.

Position and facts
After her law studies, Gentia started working as a legal assistant at another Rotterdam office in 2017. In 2019 Gentia was sworn in as a lawyer and in 2021 she made the switch to LVH Advocaten.
Within LVH Advocaten, Gentia runs a general civil practice with a particular focus on the law of obligations, litigation, contracts, business, attachment and enforcement. She assists both entrepreneurs and private individuals.
