In 2023 heeft Laura haar bachelor Rechtsgeleerdheid behaald aan de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. In 2025 heeft zij de master Staats- en Bestuursrecht afgerond aan de Universiteit Leiden.

Functie en feiten
Laura is begin 2025 als student-stagiaire gestart bij LVH Advocaten. In augustus datzelfde jaar is zij beëdigd door de rechtbank Rotterdam en sindsdien werkzaam als advocaat bij LVH.
Laura is afgestudeerd in de richting van het bestuursrecht en schreef haar masterscriptie over de bescherming van omwonenden tegen geluidsoverlast van Schiphol. Ze heeft daarnaast een bijzondere affiniteit met luchtvaart.

The Withdrawal Agreement entered into by the EU and the UK regarding the withdrawal of the UK from the EU sets out a certain transitionary period. This transitional period expired as from 1st July 2021, meaning that the UK is treated as a third country with respect to the transfer and processing of personal date. Middenstandsbedrijfsruimte of overige bedrijfsruimte: wat is het verschil en hoe bepaal je van welke sprake is?
Voor de huur van bedrijfsruimte bestaan er twee verschillende huurregimes: huur voor middenstandsbedrijfsruimte, zoals winkels en horeca (7:290-bedrijfsruimte) en overige bedrijfsruimte (7:230a-bedrijfsruimte). Het toepasselijke huurregime wordt aangeduid met het wetsartikel uit het Burgerlijk Wetboek dat op dat huurregime van toepassing is. Huur voor middenstandsbedrijfsruimte is geregeld in artikel 7:290 BW en wordt daarom ook wel 7:290-bedrijfsruimte genoemd.
